I was an emergency “walk in” and I was treated like I was their most important patient. When I called out of the blue to request emergency care, Lori made sure I would be taken care of. I’m sure she have gotten me in sooner if I were in pain. I filled out the forms on line and saved a lot of time. I arrived at 9:50 and was in the chair by 10:00. I am approaching 80 and Dr. Ruiz is the best dentist who ever treated me. He knew what he was doing, asked me regularly how I was doing, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Plus, he is likable.
