I’ve been a patient of Dr Ruiz for several years. The staff is very friendly & helpful. My hygienist, Heather is gentle, thorough, & very pleasant. Dr Ruiz is the absolute best dentist; he’s gentle, reassuring & I know I can call him if I have any issues. A few years ago I had an implant by Dr Ruiz & he gave me his cell number & told me to call him if I had any problems. He’s just really caring! I can’t speak highly enough about Drum Point Family & Implant Dentistry.

I was an emergency “walk in” and I was treated like I was their most important patient. When I called out of the blue to request emergency care, Lori made sure I would be taken care of. She said she would get back to me by the end of the day. Sometime before 2:00 pm she called and told me I had an appointment for 10:00 am the next morning. I’m sure she have gotten me in sooner if I were in pain. I filled out the forms on line and saved a lot of time. I arrived at 9:50 and was in the chair by 10:00. I am approaching 80 and Dr. Ruiz is the best dentist who ever treated me. He knew what he was doing, asked me regularly how I was doing, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Plus, he is likable.

He explains what issues I have and what procedures need to be done. He has always taken the best care in treating me and my family. The hygenist, Heather, is also quite skilled and a pleasure to be with.

Dr. R is the best and the office staff and dental assistants are very professional people. I actually don’t like to go to the dentist but my experience with this office has always been very good and I don’t mind going into see my dentist so much anymore. I think they have done some very good work on my teeth and highly recommended the doctor and the entire office staff.

I had major dental surgery. I admit I was concerned over the extent and recovery. I am pleased to share that Dr. Ruiz and his staff helped me to understand what to expect, prepared me for what I would experience, and most importantly, completed this extensive dental work with precision, care, and compassion. Other than the length of time in the chair, I barely felt anything during surgery! I recommend drum point family dentistry to anyone!!!!
